Aims of the association
There has been a steady growth in membership of the Association. Further growth is expected from a fresh wave of science parks associated with the 'new universities' and benefiting from their long tradition of close involvement with industry and commerce through training, technical support and technology transfer. Many of these will be well placed to support the formation and growth of knowledge-based entrepreneurial businesses to help the regeneration of inner city areas.
