Entrepreneurship and Innovation Network

The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Network (EIN) is a student run, grass roots initiative that aims to assemble entrepreneurial minded University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) students to create an ecosystem for innovation through interprofessional collaboration. We strive to embed the talent present within the UMB student body into the larger Baltimore area and BioHealth Capital Region entrepreneurial landscape through partnerships, networking, knowledge sharing and inspiration.
Our overarching mission is to educate students on the process of turning innovative ideas into companies by providing the resources and hands on experiences needed to become successful entrepreneurs.
EIN's experiential workshops are collectively part of a series entitled "From Idea to Startup".  The goal of this series is to take entrepreneurial-minded students through the process of turning an idea into a company. Each workshop includes expert-guided lectures coupled with hands-on training.
The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Network is an independent student group run out of the Unversity of Maryland, Baltimore.  The information on this website is intended to provide general information on our services and philosophy.
